Cancelling an order If you wish to cancel an order on the day it has been placed, please contact us straight away to check the order hasnt left us already! We will always try to be clear about what we have in stock, and what we can order in for you, however please be aware that while we endavour to update our website stocklist, sometimes we may not be able to update sa stock level the moment something sells out. If this happens we will contact you about your order as soon as possible. We can order in for you any BMX part you require to be with us within one or two days, [providing the UK distributors have it in stock] and then straight out to you in the post or to be collected from us by you. Shipping Lifer BMX offer FREE shipping to the UK Mainland on all orders, no matter how small. Customers from the Highlands, Scottish Isles, Northern Ireland, Isle Of Man, Orkney, Shetland Islands, Isle Of Wight, Channel Islands, Eire, Isles Of Scilly, and anywhere else that normally incurs a larger postage fee will be contacted by us with a shipping rate charged only at actual cost of post. Large / heavy / particularly expensive items will be sent via courier which delivers normally next day on all orders processed before 2pm, whilst smaller light items will be sent via Royal Mail first class. Pricing All items at Lifer BMX are priced in GB Pounds sterling and include UK VAT at the current rate. Price Matching - We will match any price that other stores have on our products, AS LONG AS - The product is identical in every way including colour, graphics, condition, size, finish, etc. The product is not subject to a seasonal reduction or sale. The item final price includes delivery charges from the other retailer The item is in stock and present at the other retailer Returns & Refunds Policy These terms apply to orders placed at LIFER BMX. If you would like to return an item for any reason, please call us and we will endeavour to rectify any problems to be sure sending the item back is the best course of action for you. If you still require a refund, we will give you a returns number in advance of sending it back. All items must be returned in as new condition, in the original packaging and with the post cost fully paid. Please remember to write the returns number and a description of why you are sending the item back and what you would like us to do (i.e. refund, exchange, swap, etc.). Refunds will not include postage cost unless we sent you the incorrect item. This does not affect your statutory rights. All returns must be brought to our attention within 7 days from receipt of your goods. Payments will be refunded using the same method that the payment was made with - ie Paypal payments refunded to paypal account, credit/debit card payments refunded to the same account, Other payments like cheques will be refunded via cheque. When sending your return please obtain a CERTIFICATE OF POSTAGE from your Post office as you will have to produce it in case of a loss. Warranty Claims Please contact us with any warranty claims, include a description of the problem together with a picture showing the issue. Also include your order/invoice number.
